The second floor of the villa includes the living room, dining room, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a half bathroom. The spacious living room also features 8′ French sliding glass doors that open up to an additional private terrace with spectacular views.

Featuring unobstructed ocean views from the highest elevation point in Emerald Bay, our Two-Bedroom Panoramic Penthouse spans 2,605 square feet and includes a semi-private elevator or stair access. Fitted with natural stone flooring throughout, these deluxe villas are decorated with luxurious custom furnishings and are fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, and full-size washer and dryer, as well as a spacious living room and en-suite bedrooms.
